The assistant adds guests (one, or a pasted list of up to 200 with emails and phone numbers), records a payment, a deposit or an instalment, adds a budget line, adds or ticks checklist tasks, seats a guest and their party at a table (per event on multi-event weddings), and sends RSVP reminder emails now. Each change is shown on a card first, and nothing happens until you confirm it.
It also sets up and designs your digital invitation with you: names, date, opening words, schedule, venues with maps, info sections, RSVP questions, meals, plus-ones, events and invite groups, translation into a second or third language, theme, colours and fonts. Drop a photo into the chat and it can become your cover or a section image. And it notices problems before you ask, such as a reply-by date set after the wedding, and offers a Fix it button.
Ask the assistant to find florists, photographers, caterers, guest hotels or shuttle options near your venue and it performs live web research. It presents a shortlist with the source of every piece of information cited, so you can verify before you contact anyone. It never invents phone numbers or details - if it cannot find something in a source, it says so.
When you confirm a suggestion, the assistant saves it into your vendor comparison as a wishlist entry, labelled as AI-suggested. From there it works like any other vendor: score it on category-specific criteria, compare it side by side, track quotes, and sync to your budget when you book.
